Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Workers for a leading agricultural factory in Waverly, NE. This company specializes in crop, flower, vegetable, and turf production and offers a supportive team culture with excellent long-term potential. Candidates with experience as a laborer, general labor, construction labor, concrete finisher, or assembly production worker are encouraged to apply.
This is an evaluation-to-hire position with outstanding benefits—including 9 weeks of PTO after just one year.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks to move product throughout the factory and warehouse
- Package, measure, and store agricultural goods in a production setting
- Assist with machinery operation and general assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
- Starting Pay: Up to $18/hr
- Weekly paychecks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or industrial production preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced labor environment
