Do you have previous experience in a warehouse setting? Are you skilled at operating forklifts?
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join a local agricultural company. This company is entering their busy season, so previous experience is a must! This is a day shift, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with pay up to $20/hr depending on experience.
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Picking products for delivery and staging purposes
- Loading delivery trucks with customer orders
- Receiving and unloading trucks with new product
- Accurately tracking inventory and shipping/receiving documentation
- Minimal customer service both in-person or electronically via telephone, email, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting required, preferably with experience related to inventory, cycle counting, etc.
- Previous experience operating a forklift required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Schedule/Pay:
- This is a 1st shift opportunity with required overtime during peak seasons
- Pay up to $20/hr depending on experience
- Employees paid weekly!
