Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance candidate to join a local Lincoln, NE company. The ideal candidate will be reliable and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career!
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repair and preventative maintenance
- Drywall hanging/patching
- Fix aesthetic damage after tenants move out
- Prep units to be move-in ready
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required
Schedule/Pay:
- Day shift hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Pay depending on experience
- Employees paid weekly!
