Job Full Description
Are you a seasoned and experienced maintenance technician? Do you have experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, factory, or production setting? Do you possess leadership skills?
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance Supervisor. This position will have a role on the leadership team and provides oversight to several team members, so previous experience in a manufacturing setting is required! This is a day shift, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with pay depending on relevant experience, education, skills, etc.
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversight, training, and delegation of workload to a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Scheduling preventative maintenance, repairs, and other maintenance functions throughout the facility
- Completion of planned and unplanned (emergency) maintenance utilizing equipment such as mills, lathes, welders, hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Document and report completed maintenance tasks in company computer systems
- Need to be familiar with LOTO, ARC Flash, general electrical/HVAC, and hydraulics
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills/Experience:
· Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, factory, or production setting required
· Previous forklift experience required
· Basic computer proficiency required
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
· Preference given to candidates with previous management, training, or leadership experience
Schedule/Pay:
- This is a 1st shift position
- Pay dependent upon experience, education, skills, etc.
- Employees paid weekly!
