Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates to join a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing facility in Beatrice, NE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with power tools and mechanical knowledge, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of products. Multiple positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts.
Different positions available:
- Powder Coaters
- Assembly Workers
- Machine Operators
- Floaters
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate various power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble components
- Work efficiently on the assembly line to meet production targets
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before they being packaged for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and processes is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment and understanding assembly requirements
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts will be considered an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity
