Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant for a respected Lincoln, NE company. This role blends front desk receptionist duties with high-level administrative support, making it ideal for candidates with experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, managing inbound communications including phone calls, emails, and messages
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the executive team: copying, faxing, mailing, filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Design signage, newsletters, mailers, and advertisements for daily and promotional use
- Record meeting minutes for board of director meetings
- Prepare office spaces for meetings and events
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee and update customer databases to ensure accuracy
- Assist with other office assistant and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office assistant role
- Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong written communication skills required
- Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) industry policies and standards
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, day shift
- Pay up to $22/hr
