Are you a strategic HR professional ready to lead and elevate human resources operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client, a respected manufacturer in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and drive workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts as a recruiter for manufacturing roles
  • Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Oversee performance management, goal setting, and development plans
  • Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Administer benefits, compensation, payroll, and safety programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate workforce reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience required (experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Background in leading organizational change and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
