Quality Assurance Technician
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join a local manufacturing company. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!
Duties
- Adhere to all ISO 9000 requirements, company policies, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
- Utilize vision inspection systems for detailed product analysis and defect detection.
- Conduct various tests and spot checks to monitor material quality and production control.
- Utilize various operational procedures, including operation standards and lot number systems, plastic material item number cross-referencing and color code systems for accurate assessments
- Other duties assigned
Experience
- Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment focused on quality assurance or control.
- Proficiency with PC applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and First Article Inspection processes.
Schedule & Pay
- 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
- Pay up to $25/hour – determined by experience
- Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals
