Express Employment has immediate openings for Sandblasting and Powder Coat shop laborers. This is a great opportunity to be working with a locally-owned company in Lincoln, NE. Openings with weekly pay are available on 1st shift. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career!
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Monitor and adjust powder coating equipment settings to ensure proper application
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Assist with materials handling, including loading and unloading parts onto racks or carts
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic
- Adaptable and can take direction
- Self-motivated and reliable
Schedule/Pay:
- Monday through Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm
- Pay up to $20/hr
- Employees paid weekly!
