Job Full Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail‑oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Production Operator Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products with precision
- Operate on the assembly line to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Palletize, label, and wrap outbound shipments for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines
Production Operator Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work preferred, but not required
- Forklift or warehouse machinery experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm
Pay: $16/Hr
