Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an MIG WELDER for our client located in South Charlotte.
The pay is $20/hr to $23/hr. First shift hours Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm Fridays are a 1/2 day.
Job Duties of MIG Welder:
- Welding metals.
- Ensuring high safety measures while working such as donning protective gear for the face and body.
- Read blueprints and weld per the plan.
- Can demonstrate knowledge of all welding symbols.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
The skills and specifications required for the job of an MIG Welder are:
- A thorough knowledge about welding methods and symbols
- A thorough knowledge about safety precautions while working
- Ability to analyze work at hand and execute welding procedure per training certifications
- 1+ years experience required
- Must be able to pass a weld test
- Aluminum experience preffered but ot required.
