After transitioning from hospitality, Katie found her true calling in recruiting with Express Employment Professionals. She enjoys connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities and making a positive impact in their lives. Light Industrial Employment Specialist

Linda Franklin began her staffing career in 2008 where she served as an Office Manager supporting light industrial accounts. She joined Express Employment Professionals in October 2012 in Edwardsville, IL, later continuing her journey in May 2018 with the Fairview Heights, IL office. In September 2025, Linda brought her expertise and passion for staffing to the Charlotte, NC team.

With over 15 years of experience, Linda has built her career on a genuine love for people and the positive impact she makes in their lives. She is known for her inspiring motto, “Your situation is not your destination,” which reflects her belief in helping others reach their full potential and achieve lasting success.

Light Industrial Employment Specialist, Skilled Trades

Jessica joined our team in April 2019 as an Employment Specialist focused on light industrial positions including machine operators, general labor, warehouse, and driver roles. Prior to joining Express Employment Professionals, she was a recruiter for a solar energy company and worked in multiple locations throughout the U.S.

Jessica is a graduate of USC and held the role of USC Women’s Volleyball Assistant Trainer during her time there. Jessica enjoys spending time on the lake and has an adorable dog named Harley!
