Job Full Description
This is an entry-to-mid-level billing role, focused specifically on processing service tickets, understanding basic plumbing/HVAC materials, and billing through ServiceTrade and Sage Intacct. Timberscan Titanium will only be used for viewing invoices, not for processing or approval workflows.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTrade or Service Titan
- Experience with Sage Intacct or another cloud-based accounting platform
- Background in plumbing/HVAC, construction service, or a similar trade industry
- Strong computer skills and the ability to keep up with daily billing volume
