Power Washing & Painting Technician
Pay Rate: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: February 9, 2025
Schedule:

Availability required Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
-
Schedule will vary based on client work orders
-
Beginning mid-March, the schedule will transition to 4 days on / 4 days off
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform power washing on wood surfaces, decks, siding, and other exterior areas
-
Prepare surfaces for painting and staining
-
Apply paint and wood stains with precision and consistency
-
Complete outdoor restoration tasks according to client specifications and company standards

Maintain efficiency while ensuring attention to detail on all projects
-
Safely operate power washing and painting equipment

Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress
Required Qualifications
-
Prior hands-on experience with power washing wood surfaces
-
Previous painting experience, preferably in outdoor or exterior applications
-
Proven experience with wood staining, deck power washing, or similar outdoor restoration work
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
-
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs
-
Background in restoration services (fire, water, mold, or exterior restoration)
