Schedule: Monday–Saturday, must be available from 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30 hours per week)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our team immediately. This position plays a key role in safely and efficiently moving hard-scape materials and assisting customers with material loading. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a front-end loader and forklift, a strong work ethic, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a front-end loader, forklift, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and block
- Assist customers with material selection and loading while providing friendly, professional service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work yard
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a front-end loader (required)
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Customer service–focused personality with good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
