Express Employment Professionals is hiring Customer Service Representatives for an opening in North Durham.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond and answer all phone and email orders and inquiries.
- Provide customers with billing and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Support management on special projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED Certificate is required
- Proficiency and comfort with technology, including MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
