On-Call CPA (Part-Time, Remote)
Salary: $40-$50/hr.
We are a small, client-focused CPA firm seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Public Accountant to provide on-call support. An ideal candidate would be looking for flexible, part-time work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services
- Handle general accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation
- Respond to client inquiries and provide professional guidance
- Support the team during peak periods and special projects
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license in good standing
- Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
