Driver & Picker / Packer
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
This position is approximately 75% warehouse work preparing orders for shipment and 25% local deliveries using a company cargo van or box truck. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Package products securely for shipping.
- Organize and stage outgoing orders.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Deliver products to customers using a company cargo van or box truck.
- Verify delivery paperwork and ensure timely, professional customer service during deliveries.
- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Identify tasks that need to be completed and proactively help wherever needed without constant direction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience driving a cargo van, box truck, or similar commercial vehicle is required.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
