Job Full Description
Handle employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. They act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a healthy work environment and contributing to employee engagement, productivity, and trust.
- Conflict Resolution: Investigating and resolving workplace issues, including mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Policy Interpretation and Application: Advising employees and management on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Support: Providing guidance and support to employees on various workplace matters.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance management processes, including providing feedback and addressing performance concerns.
- Policy Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of new or revised HR policies.
