A property manager's job is to oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, acting as a liaison between owners and tenants. They are responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing the property's finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management: Finding and screening tenants, handling lease agreements, collecting rent, and addressing tenant concerns or complaints.
- Ensuring the property is well-maintained, coordinating repairs, and managing maintenance staff or contractors.
- Managing the property's budget, paying bills, collecting rent, and reporting financial status to the owner.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring the property complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Marketing and Leasing: Advertising vacancies, showing properties to potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements. Relationship Building: Maintaining positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have Real Estate License and 2-5 years property manager experience.
