South/Southeast Regional CDL Class A - Driver - Start Immediately!
Responsibilities
|
Driving & Delivery
|
Safely operate a Class A automatic sleeper cab on multi-state routes; ensure on-time delivery while maintaining DOT-compliant logs.
|
|
Equipment Care
|
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of both tractor and trailer; monitor for maintenance needs and report mechanical issues promptly.
|
|
Bobtail Operations
|
Maneuver tractor units safely at all times
|
|
Route Management
|
Plan efficient lanes across the Southeast using GPS, accounting for regional traffic and variable weather conditions.
|
|
Compliance
|
Adhere to all Federal Guidelines including hours-of-service (HOS) and weight limits.
|
Requirements & Qualifications
- License: Valid Class A CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Medical: Current DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in operating automatic transmission and managing electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Physical: Ability to climb in/out of the cab and perform standard vehicle inspections in varying weather.

- Pay: Competitive weekly earnings of 25%/load first 35 days then increase to 30%/load
