🚗 Outside Sales Representative – Staffing Industry

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, relationship-driven Outside Sales Rep who thrives on connecting with people and opening doors to new business opportunities. If you love the thrill of the hunt, can confidently walk into any room (or job site), and have a knack for discovering decision-makers—this might be your dream job.
What You’ll Do:
Your mission? Bring in new business.
You’ll identify and qualify prospects, create a game plan, and go after it—making phone calls, setting appointments, and showing up (literally) to make things happen. You’ll be in the field at least 4 days a week, meeting potential clients, learning about their business needs, and presenting solutions that solve real workforce problems.

- Proven sales prospecting experience (phone and in-person)
- Territory planning and management
- Strong closing instincts
- Business research savvy
- Clear verbal & written communication
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, 40+ WPM)

Logistics:
- You’ll need a valid driver’s license

- Weekly activity goals and a targeted Top 20 prospect plan will keep you focused and accountable
