Job Title: Digital Print Machine Operator
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Digital Print Machine Operator to run high-quality digital printing equipment used to create custom wallpaper. This position requires experience operating digital print machines, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is reliable, focused, and takes pride in producing top-quality work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate digital printing machine for fabric rolls used in wallpaper production

Load and align fabric rolls onto the machine and monitor the entire printing process

Perform quality checks to ensure designs are printed correctly without defects

Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper setup, print quality, and output

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Assist with unloading printed rolls and preparing them for the next step in production

Must follow a strict no cell phone policy during work hours
Requirements:

Proven experience as a digital print machine operator or similar machine operating role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

Able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain focus

No cell phone use during work hours

Positive attitude with no tolerance for excessive complaints
