Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

 

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to handle physical tasks, and work at heights when necessary. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading products, and following safety guidelines to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, walkie-riders, and clamp trucks.
• Safely load and unload products, ensuring proper inspection of items.
• Follow dock safety procedures at all times.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and update product movements.
• Learn to identify product markings such as Q-Hold/Released and Sterilized/Unsterilized.

• Collecting and dumping trash for various departments

  Sweeping and Cleaning the warehouse and other departments

  Cleaning up outside

• Lift items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Wear safety gear including shoes, vests, and other required protective clothing.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Help stock and organize products in the warehouse as needed.
• Sanitation 

Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for 10-12 hours a day.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Familiar with dock safety and loading/unloading procedures.
• Ability to use RF scanners efficiently.
• Comfortable wearing required safety gear.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow product marking procedures.
