About the Role:
This is a fast-moving, physically demanding position that requires strength, endurance, and attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment where safety, speed, and accuracy are critical.
What You’ll Do:

Sort and inspect pallets at a high pace, quickly identifying damaged vs. usable pallets.

Reclassify and stage pallets in the correct designated areas.

Lift, toss, and stack pallets weighing 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Maintain productivity goals which are communicated hourly

Always follow safety procedures

Keep a positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in a physically demanding job where you consistently lifted 50 lbs.

Extremely fast-moving and detail-oriented.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to adapt to production flow.

Safety-conscious with good situational awareness.

Must pass a background check and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Shift Availability:
Multiple day and night shift schedules are available, including both weekdays and weekends.
