Job Title: Packer (must have attention to detail and can handle repeated heavy lifting)
Pay: $17.50/hour

What you will be doing:
• Inspect door closers, covers, and components for quality.
• Pack customer orders following standard procedures.
• Meet required packing rates for your station.
• Assemble boxes, inserts, and other materials.
• Use basic equipment like computers, printers, and box-folding machines.
• Label parts accurately and report any shortages.
• Help with light assembly and table setup to keep production flowing.
• Follow all safety rules, ISO procedures, and company policies.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
Physical Requirements:
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift 30–40 lbs regularly.
