Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Monroe, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Machine Operator Assistant to join our production team. This position is responsible for assisting the machine operator by loading and unloading heavy rolls, ensuring smooth production flow, and preparing finished materials for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Load heavy rolls of material onto machines safely and accurately.

Remove finished rolls from the machine once production is complete.

Palletize, band, and label finished products for storage or shipment.

Assist the machine operator with basic production tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move heavy rolls (up to 50 lbs) safely and repeatedly.

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
