Job Title: Construction Laborer – 4–6 Month Project
Location: Indian Trail, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weather-dependent; some days may extend to 8–10 hours)
Position Overview
We’re seeking dependable and hard-working Construction Laborers to support a heavy civil project in Indian Trail, NC. This is a 4–6 month assignment involving outdoor site work, assisting equipment operators, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site. The role is physically demanding and ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and contributing to large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in grading, trenching, and material movement throughout the job site.

Support heavy equipment operations by moving hoses, spotting machinery, and taking accurate field measurements.

Dig holes, shovel dirt or gravel, and perform other manual tasks in support of excavation and installation work.

Unload and stage materials and tools from trucks and trailers.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and PPE requirements.

Work safely around heavy machinery and communicate effectively with the foreman and operators.
Requirements

Must be reliable and punctual — attendance is critical.

Comfortable working in wet, muddy, and physically demanding environments.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.

Must pass a drug screen (THC-tolerant for pre-employment).

OSHA-10 certification preferred but not required.

Basic ability to take and record measurements accurately.

Must provide own work boots; high-visibility vest, gloves, hard hat, and safety glasses will be provided.
