Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed) 1st Shift
Pay: $16.50-$18.00

What You’ll Do:

Operate loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to move raw materials and finished goods

Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas

Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Follow all plant safety and production procedures

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What You’ll Bring:

1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment (front-end loader, forklift, or similar)
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor, and industrial environment
-
Basic mechanical knowledge and attention to safety
-
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
-
Experience in a manufacturing, brick, or construction setting
-
Valid forklift or heavy equipment certification
