Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating and learning woodworking machinery used to transform raw wood into finished flooring products. This role involves hands-on training to understand the function of each machine within the production process and how different wood species require specific machine programming and adjustments.
Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, monitoring production, offloading material from machines, and inspecting materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. The Warehouse Associate will maintain a clean and safe work environment and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status or quality concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience Required
Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time, day-shift position with a consistent schedule:
