Position: Production Associate (1st and 3rd shift available)
Location: Wadesboro, NC
Schedule: 6:00 - 6:00
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Position Overview
A manufacturing facility in Wadesboro, NC is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join the overnight team. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards while supporting the production process. The position begins with product inspection and measurement responsibilities and offers the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator role, where you will learn the full production process and basic machine troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet required size, consistency, and color standards.

Use hand tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify measurements and maintain accuracy.

Check material color and consistency prior to loading materials into the mixer.

Assist machine operators during product size changeovers.

Learn to identify production issues and assist with basic machine resets to keep production running smoothly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Communicate with team members and supervisors about quality concerns or production issues.
Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements.

Comfortable using basic hand tools, including tape measures and calipers.

Mechanically inclined and interested in learning machine operations.

Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
