Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Press Brake Operator to join a production welding and fabrication facility. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with fabrication or manufacturing experience looking for steady first-shift work.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts

Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications

Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality

Make basic machine adjustments as needed during production runs

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Work closely with welders and fabrication team members to meet production goals
Requirements:

Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred

Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
