Job Title: Robotic Welder / Operator (2 Openings)

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Position Overview:
We are seeking two dependable Robotic Welder/Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Lancaster, SC. In this role, you will operate and support automated welding systems to produce high-quality metal components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals with welding experience or strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with advanced manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate robotic or automated welding systems to complete production welds.

Load and unload metal parts into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment before welding begins.

Monitor welding cycles and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Use teach pendants or control panels to support basic programming and adjustments to welding paths when required.

Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous experience with robotic welding, MIG welding, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn robotic welding controls or programming.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
