Invoicing & Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Monroe, NC
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week, Monday–Thursday)
Pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Invoicing & Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, focused work and takes pride in accuracy.
You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed correctly by creating and managing invoices in our system. This is a straightforward, process-driven position with clear expectations and training provided.
What You’ll Do
- Create and process customer invoices using internal systems
- Review order details and verify pricing accuracy before entry
- Enter data carefully and consistently to ensure error-free invoicing
- Manage daily workflow of incoming orders
- Track and report out-of-stock items
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and document organization
