Job Title: CNC Set-Up and Operator - Direct Hire
Location: Monroe, NC
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift
Pay Range: $21.00– $27.00/hour (Progressive based on experience and internal matrix)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up and Operator to join our Machining Centers team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC horizontal and vertical mills while ensuring high-quality production in accordance with safety and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills (horizontal and vertical)

Interpret blueprints and adjust tooling to maintain tolerances

Select and load appropriate fixturing

Perform in-process inspections using assigned gauges

Make minor tooling changes and touch-offs

Complete accurate quality and production documentation

Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and ISO procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications:

Prior CNC set-up and operating experience required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Familiarity with basic program editing and axis assignment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must demonstrate skills listed on the internal training matrix
