Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor industrial environment. This role involves a variety of manual tasks to help maintain safe, clean, and efficient work areas. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleanup and labor duties across the site
- Pick up and remove debris and non-hazardous materials from work areas
- Assist with directing traffic and ensuring safe movement of vehicles and equipment
- Support equipment operators with spotting and maintaining clear work zones
- Sort materials as needed based on guidelines
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Use basic hand tools (rakes, shovels, brooms) to maintain site organization
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial activity
- Previous general labor or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required
