Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder
Pay: $24-$26/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to assemble, wire, and test industrial electrical control panels used in automated equipment and manufacturing systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical work and can follow schematics and wiring diagrams with accuracy.
What You'll Do

Assemble electrical control panels from drawings and schematics

Mount electrical components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, breakers, and motor controls

Route, label, and terminate wiring neatly and accurately

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly

Test completed panels to ensure proper operation

Troubleshoot and correct wiring issues as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For

Previous experience with panel building, electrical assembly, or industrial wiring

Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

Experience using hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and testing equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

Technical school training in electrical systems or industrial maintenance

Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, or motor controls

Experience in a manufacturing or automation environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to distinguish wire colors and markings
