Job Title: Press Brake Lead
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Press Brake Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Press Brake team. You’ll lead and train operators, ensure production goals are met, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Press Brake team.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
- Train new operators and assist with performance reviews.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
- Handle other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of CNC press brakes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with CNC press brake programming and blueprints.
- Ability to use measurement tools and perform basic math.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and reach frequently.
- Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with safety gear.
