Packer - Consistent Heavy Lifting
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay: $17.38/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and want a steady first-shift position. This is an active job that requires lifting 50+ pounds throughout the day while packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment.
What You'll Do
Package finished products for shipment- Inspect products for scratches, dents, or other defects
- Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift
- Secure products to prevent damage during shipping
- Use basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches when needed
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Help meet daily production goals
- What We're Looking For
Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for up to 10 hours
- Reliable with good attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well with a team
- Basic math and reading skills
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or packing experience is helpful but not required
