Frame Builder

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday

We are looking for a dependable Frame Builder to join our team in Monroe, NC. In this role, you will assemble custom window and door frames using hand tools and follow detailed measurements to ensure each product meets quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Assemble frames according to production orders.
• Use tools such as hammers, mallets, nail guns, and drills.
• Measure materials accurately and verify dimensions before assembly.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and measurements.
• Install jamb liners and other frame hardware.
• Fill nail holes and perform light finishing work as needed.
• Move completed frames to the next production area with assistance from team members.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous assembly, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

• Manufacturing or assembly work
• Carpentry or construction
• Window and door production
• Cabinetmaking or woodworking
• Reading blueprints or production drawings
• Must be able to read a tape measure precisely

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work throughout the shift.
