Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $20.25/hr
Location: Lancaster, SC

We’re looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team where your work directly impacts precision-built parts used in real-world applications.

What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery
- Shape, cut, bend, and form steel to create high-precision components
- Load raw materials and safely start up and shut down machinery
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform basic machine maintenance and preventative care
- Assist with assembly using hand and power tools
- Handle materials, including loading/unloading and deburring parts
- Accurately complete production reports and documentation
- Read and follow work orders and blueprints (preferred)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, metalworking, construction, or mechanical trades preferred
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive movement in a production environment
