Accounting & Logistics Specialist - Concord (Qualified Applicants Only)
$23-$25/hr
Accounting & Finance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including payment follow-ups and ensuring timely and accurate filing of vendor bills
- Perform credit card, vendor, and general ledger account reconciliations as assigned, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy and accurate coding
- Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized accounting records within company accounting and inventory systems
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international
- Communicate directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses
- Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delays
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between accounting, technical, and sales teams
- Ensure data consistency between accounting systems and inventory/logistics records
- Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes
