Experienced Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing
Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This role is vital to keeping production lines running safely, smoothly, and with minimal downtime. As a staffing agency, we're looking for top-tier talent ready to step into a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $30 to $40/hour
1ST Shift
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including high-speed production lines, forming and cutting machines, shrink-wrapping systems, and material handling equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and production upgrades.

Accurately document maintenance activities and schedules using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Collaborate with production and quality teams to address equipment performance issues and drive continuous improvement.

Uphold and support safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE compliance, and proper equipment guarding.

Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify potential equipment failures or safety risks.

Contribute to meeting plant performance goals, KPIs, and operational benchmarks.

Participate in 5S and other workplace organization initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Proven expertise in mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
