Dig In - Heavy Equipment Operator
A leading cutting edge pine bark processing plant is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join the team. This position involves operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and forklifts to move raw materials, load trucks, and maintain efficient production flow. This company values punctuality and dependability
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7A - 4:30
Pay: $15 to $18/hour depending on your experience
Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment (loaders ) to transport materials.

Load and unload raw materials, soil, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Turn aging rows as scheduled

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment ((fluids, grease, cleanliness, functionality) and report any issues.

Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.

Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support production operations.

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Will cross train to perform all duties.
What we are looking for:

Previous experience operating heavy equipment (loader, excavator, etc.).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor/industrial environments.

Strong attention to safety and detail..
- Dedication to work hard and be productive for oneself and the company team.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Valid driver's license and equipment certifications (preferred but not required).
