3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
Machine Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of production machinery and equipment. This position is responsible for machine setup, maintenance, repair, and daily operation. As key members of the production team, Machine Technicians are often the first to respond to mechanical or operational issues, using their troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to keep production running smoothly. You will also contribute proactively by identifying and preventing potential issues before they impact output. Job Highlights:
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all parts produces meet customer-defined quality standards
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Expected to progress through the Competency Model Program to expand technical skill and knowledge.
- Train support team members in producing consistently high-quality output
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of Manufacturing preventive Maintenance Mechanic or similar work experience
- Blueprint Reading -
- Familiar with Electrical Schematic interpretation
- Experience working with HVAC, water systems, vacuum systems, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills and knowledge operating a variety of hand and power tools
- Perform basic physical requirements: able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, climb, and other functions to perform repairs and servicing of equipment
- Strong measuring and math skills
Pay: $21.95 - 23.95/Hour
Schedule: Train on 1st - this will move to 3rd Shift Full-time
