Express Employment is recruiting skilled Remediation / Restoration Technicians for a leading disaster recovery company. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be on the front lines restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, and mold damage. If you have the construction experience, the drive, and the stamina to get the job done right the first time, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do

Hit the ground running on cleanup and restoration projects for water, fire, and mold damage.

Deploy and operate restoration equipment, ensuring proper setup for maximum results.

Take charge of preparing, loading, and maintaining vehicles, tools, and supplies.

Communicate with precision to team leads about job progress, safety issues, and resource needs.

Enforce safety protocols and wear proper PPE on every job.

Respond quickly to emergency calls, including evenings and weekends, as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 to start
Full-time position with rotational On-call, weekend, or emergency response hours,
What You Bring

Proven experience in remediation/restoration/ construction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and work in challenging environments (tight spaces, heights, varying weather).

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, AMRT, or similar).
