Packaging Operator / Line Packer – Manufacturing (Full Time)
Pay: $17.00 / hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night) | 3–4 days per week | Every other weekend required

About the Role
Join a well-established international manufacturing company as a Packaging Operator / Line Packer. In this role, you’ll monitor production lines, perform quality checks, package products, and ensure shipments are prepared accurately and safely. This is an evaluation-to-hire position with the opportunity to grow into a long-term career.

Responsibilities

Monitor machine performance and production flow.

Inspect products for quality during production.

Package products for shipment with proper labeling.

Perform routine QA checks and record results.

Transfer and properly store products in the warehouse.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, stooping, climbing).

Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.

Reliable work ethic and excellent attendance.

Basic computer and scanner skills.
