Job Full Description
Serving area manufacturers for nearly 20 years, we’re a trusted staffing partner connecting dependable people with great local opportunities. Our client, a busy machine shop, is looking for a Shop Helper / General Laborer to support daily operations and keep the workspace running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Keep shop floors and work areas clean, safe, and organized

Sweep, dump trash, and remove scrap materials as needed

Wash and clean machine parts using hot water and soap (no harsh chemicals)

Assist with general labor tasks to support technicians and mechanics

Follow all safety rules and help maintain a clean, efficient work environment
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Pay: $15/hour
What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and motivated worker with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction in a machine shop setting

Ability to lift, move, and clean parts safely

Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Previous industrial, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
