Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. This role covers a wide range of repair and maintenance responsibilities to keep facilities safe, efficient, and fully operational.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.48 / hour -Experience Based.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and routine maintenance on equipment and systems, including:
-
Beds, patient room equipment, and medical support equipment
-
Electrical wiring, lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, motors, controllers
-
Plumbing systems, boilers, steam and condensate lines
-
Generators, HVAC units, motors, and control systems
-
Medical gas systems and associated equipment
-
Conduct routine inspections of hospital equipment and buildings.
-
Handle light carpentry, painting, plastering, tile and carpet installation, masonry, roofing repairs, and occasional kitchen equipment servicing.

Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to repair needs.

Provide on-call support on a rotating basis during non-working hours.

Travel between facilities and off-site locations as needed; operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Tools & Skills:
-
Proficiency with mechanic’s and electrical tools, meters, welding equipment, plumbing tools, and carpentry tools.

Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple trades.
Ideal Candidate:

Versatile technician with experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently.

Willingness to take call duty and travel between sites as required.
