General Laborer – Road Crew / Construction
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM Start (4-Day Work Week)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Enjoy three-day weekends while building valuable construction skills! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join a road construction crew working on sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
Whether you have previous construction experience or you're looking to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sewer pipe rehabilitation and road construction tasks
- Help install, move, and position materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labor duties on active road construction sites
- Work alongside experienced crew members to learn proper installation techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and traffic
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions, including summer heat
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Construction, road crew, excavation, landscaping, concrete, or pipe laying experience is a plus—but not required
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing throughout the workday
- Ability to arrive on time for a 7:00 AM start
